The Carrollton Courthouse project is located on approximately 76,000 square feet of land on Carrollton Avenue between Hampson and Maple Streets. The development of the Senior Living Complex will feature the complete renovation of the two-story, historically significant Carrollton Courthouse building as well as the construction of two new 3-story wings. In all, the complex will result in approximately 88,000 square feet dedicated to Senior Living units, on-site amenities, common areas, and parking. Additionally, this project includes the relocation of an existing 1,500 square foot schoolhouse that will be reconstructed at the Music Box Village Campus in the Bywater.
As a project on a historically significant site, the Batture team is able to use their knowledge of historical renovation and preservation to help restore the Greek Revival to its former beauty. Batture is a sub-consultant to Waggonner & Ball, LLC on this project.
